Terms of Service

Welcome to CitysElite ("CitysElite", "we", "us", "our"), a location-based ranking community operated by K.i.d baby goat. By creating an account or using CitysElite, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Eligibility — 18+ only

CitysElite is intended strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, post content, or vote. Contestants are required to confirm their date of birth, and we may suspend or remove any account we reasonably believe belongs to a minor.

2. Accounts & roles

You may register as a contestant (to post and compete) or as a voter. You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of your information, and all activity under your login. You may sign in using email or Google. Keep your credentials secure.

3. Contestant entries

Contestants enter a city to appear on that city's leaderboard. Entry is currently offered free of charge for a limited time; we may reintroduce a one-time entry fee per city in the future, and any such fee and its terms will be clearly disclosed before you are charged.

4. Content rules & moderation

You may only upload photos and short reels that you own or are authorized to share, and that feature you. All content must be non-explicit. Nudity, sexually explicit material, content depicting minors, harassment, hate, violence, impersonation, or unlawful content is prohibited. Uploaded media is screened by automated AI moderation and may be held for human review, rejected, or removed. We may remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion to keep CitysElite safe.

5. Voting & rankings

Voters may cast up to five votes per day per city. Manipulation of votes or rankings — including bots, fake accounts, or coordinated abuse — is prohibited and may result in removal. Rankings and the "queen" designation are for entertainment within the CitysElite community and confer no real-world title, prize, or endorsement unless we expressly state otherwise.

6. Your content license

You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant CitysElite a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content within the service for the purpose of operating and promoting CitysElite. You can remove your content or account at any time.

7. Prohibited conduct

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other accounts, scrape or overload our systems, upload malware, or violate any applicable law. We may investigate and take action, including suspension or termination.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Suspended users may submit an appeal through the app. We may also discontinue features or the service at any time.

9. Disclaimers & liability

CitysElite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, K.i.d baby goat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Virginia.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
